We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

TradeAgent 24/7 is an automated trading platform that allows users to deploy trading bots ("Agents") across various cryptocurrency exchanges, stock brokers, and prediction markets. The Service provides:

• Automated trading strategy execution
• Portfolio monitoring and analytics
• Multi-exchange connectivity
• API key management with encryption

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use API keys with appropriate permissions (we recommend Read + Trade only, NO Withdrawal)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

4. Trading Risks

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Markets are volatile and you may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Automated trading systems can malfunction or produce unexpected results
• Exchange APIs may be unavailable, causing missed trading opportunities or errors
• TradeAgent 24/7 is not responsible for any trading losses
• You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose

5. API Key Security

Your exchange API keys are stored using industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM). However:

• We strongly recommend using API keys with NO withdrawal permissions
• You are responsible for revoking API keys if you suspect unauthorized access
• We do not guarantee against security breaches, though we take extensive precautions
• In the event of a security incident, we will notify affected users promptly

6. Subscription and Payment

TradeAgent 24/7 offers various subscription tiers with different features and limits. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring charges according to your selected billing cycle
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Unused portions of subscriptions are non-refundable except under our 30-day guarantee
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first paid subscription if they are not satisfied with the Service. This guarantee applies once per user.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (exchanges, payment processors, etc.)

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice

Upon termination, your API keys will be deleted from our systems and all active agents will be stopped.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
