Full refund, no questions asked, if you cancel before we begin installation work. Once installation has started, the following guarantee applies instead: if the delivered setup does not work as agreed in the written order confirmation, we will fix it free of charge — and if we cannot make it work within 14 days of your report, we refund the full €299.
The guarantee covers the installation itself (bot running, dashboard reachable, exchange connected, dry-run tested). It does not cover trading performance, exchange-side outages, or changes you make to the configuration after handover.
